2. Control failure. This may be due to the sticking of the relay contacts, the failure of the travel micro switch or the deformation of the contact piece, the looseness of the slider set screw, the looseness of the backing screw to make the backing shift, so that the slider or nut cannot move with the rotation of the screw, The drive gear of the limiter is damaged, the up and down buttons of the button are stuck, etc. The treatment methods are: replace the relay; replace the micro switch or contact piece; replace the limiter transmission gear; replace the button, etc.

3. The hand zipper does not move. It may be caused by the endless chain blocking the cross groove, the pawl not disengaging from the ratchet, or the chain pressing frame being stuck. The treatment methods are: straighten out the ring chain; adjust the relative position of the pawl and the pressure chain frame or replace the lubricating pin shaft, etc.

The motor vibrates or is noisy. The reasons for the failure are: the brake disc is unbalanced or broken, the brake disc is not fastened, the bearing loses oil or fails, the gear meshes are not smooth, oil loss or serious wear, motor current sound or vibration. The treatment methods are: fasten the brake disc nut; replace the brake disc or re-adjust the balance; replace the gear and lubrication at the output end of the motor shaft; replace the bearing; check the motor, and replace the motor if it is damaged.
